Some of our customers require Bowl feeding equipment to sort out batches of components to determine length and width of the components to reduce down time in production due to faulty loading of incorrect products our Sorting system are tailored to suit, whether you require to sort out different lengths into separate catchment bins or gauge width of components we have the solution.

Our sorting Bowl feeders can feed most headed components including countersunk heads, with various outlet points depending on size and scope of product range being handled.    

Some components require electrical sensing to enable correct orientation also for detection, we supply a range of sensors for these applications if required.
